Description of Classes:

CycleFit 45 – This is done only on our spinning bikes-just like extreme, but half the time and half the exercise with all the fun and intensity.

Muffin-Top Camp – Want to get rid of your muffin-top or not get one. This is an overall great full body workout that will keep that waist line nice and trim. Think of it like a bootcamp BREAKAWAY style-weight training with cardio and a whole lot of fun! Never a dull moment….

Weightlifting Club – Learn from the best Olympic weightlifting coach in the area – Jeff Teach. Mostly Olympic Lifting based with some auxiliary lifts.
